The winners of the 2025 Business Van Awards have been officially announced, spotlighting excellence across the fast-evolving light commercial vehicle (LCV) sector.

This year’s awards attracted a record number of entries, underlining the continued growth and innovation in the van market.

With everything from electric vans to service providers represented, the competition reflected a sector that is expanding rapidly and adapting to new business needs.

Jessica Bird, group editorial director at Astor Media, said: “We are proud to celebrate this year’s Business Van Awards.

“The impressive number and calibre of entries this year is testament to exciting things happening across the van and LCV sector.

“Congratulations to all the winners and shortlisted entrants; your achievements highlight the vital role you play in keeping UK businesses moving.”

Bird added: “From electrification to enhanced service and support, the entries showed how this market is evolving to meet new challenges.

“It is particularly exciting to see so many fresh names making their mark, bringing energy and ideas that are helping to shape the future of business transport.”

This year’s top award, Van of the Year, was won by the Renault Master, which also claimed the Best Large Van category. Other notable winners included the Ford Ranger for Best Pick-Up, the Ford Transit Custom for Best Medium Van, and Renault Kangoo Van E-Tech for Best Small EV Van.

The awards also recognised service excellence across areas such as leasing, recovery, fleet management and short-term rental. Sortimo, Ohme, Manheim, Lightfoot, Northgate, and Ayvens were among the service providers taking home top honours.

Bird said: “The continued success of these awards also reflects the momentum behind the Business Vans brand.

“As the sector grows, so too does our commitment to delivering trusted insight, expert analysis, and real-world guidance for van operators.

“We look forward to continuing this journey, and to championing the people and products driving the LCV sector forward.”
