Voting is now open for the 2025 National Mortgage Awards – Second Charge, with the industry invited to cast their votes ahead of the winners being announced at a dedicated awards evening later this year.
Now in its second year, the Second Charge Awards are designed to celebrate achievement, innovation and impact across the second charge mortgage market. The awards are free to enter and recognise excellence among lenders, distributors, broker firms and service providers operating in the space.
The deadline for voting is 4th July, and votes can be submitted at: https://nationalmortgageawards.com/nominate-2025/
The 2025 ceremony will take place on 23rd October at The Underglobe, a striking venue beneath Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre on London’s South Bank. The event will bring together leading figures from across the second charge market for an evening of celebration, networking and recognition.
Pure Panel Management returns as headline sponsor. James Gillam, managing director at Pure Panel Management, said: “We’re really pleased to sponsor the second annual Second Charge Awards. It’s been a great year for the market, with excellent growth and wider recognition for the sector. It was fantastic to have so many of the companies we work with in the room last year, and we can’t wait for another fantastic evening. A big thank you to you and the team for putting everything together.”
Matt Tristram, co-founder of Loans Warehouse, added: “The second charge market has matured significantly in recent years, and this event plays an important role in recognising those raising standards across the board. Last year’s event brought the industry together in a meaningful way, and we’re proud to be supporting it again.”
Ryan Fowler, publisher of The Intermediary and organiser of the awards, said: “The second charge sector continues to grow in both scale and stature, and these awards are about shining a light on the individuals and businesses setting the standard. Last year’s event proved just how much appetite there is to come together and celebrate the progress being made, and we’re proud to be building on that momentum for 2025.”
Table sales and sponsorship opportunities are now available. Further details, including this year’s host, will be announced later this week. For more information, visit https://nationalmortgageawards.com.
