The Intermediary is preparing to welcome attendees from across the second charge mortgage market to the inaugural National Mortgage Awards – Second Charge, taking place later this evening at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in London. 

The event, hosted by rugby and TV star Martin Bayfield with DJ Pat Sharp leading the afterparty, will bring together industry professionals to celebrate innovation, service excellence, and outstanding contributions to the second charge mortgage sector. 

The ceremony aims to recognise individuals and companies that have gone above and beyond to support homeowners and drive growth within the market. Guests will have the opportunity to network with industry leaders and celebrate achievements across a range of categories, marking a significant milestone for the sector.
