The Intermediary hosted the inaugural National Mortgage Awards – Second Charge last night, bringing together leading professionals from across the second charge mortgage sector to honour outstanding achievements, innovation, and service excellence.
Held at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in London, the event was hosted by former British and Irish Lion Martin Bayfield, with late-night entertainment provided by DJ Pat Sharp. The ceremony celebrated individual and corporate accomplishments across all areas of the second charge market, from brokers and lenders to packagers and industry partners.
