The Leasing Broker Federation has announced two new affiliate partnerships as part of its growing initiative to deliver practical, sector-relevant support to members.
Barrow Mount Recruitment becomes the Federation’s first official affiliate, offering members a 20% discount on permanent recruitment services.
The firm specialises in roles across automotive, financial services and operational teams, with a focus on high-quality delivery and market knowledge.
Ryan Fowler, acting CEO of the Leasing Broker Federation and managing director of Astor Media, said: “This is exactly the type of partnership we want to develop – focused, relevant and directly useful to our members. Recruitment is a real challenge for many in the sector, and Barrow Mount brings commercial credibility and sector insight to the table.”
Hannah Goldstraw, senior consultant at Barrow Mount, said: “We’re pleased to partner with the Federation and support its members with access to high-quality recruitment support at a preferential rate. Whether brokers are hiring for growth or replacing critical roles, we’re here to help them get it right.”
The Federation has also confirmed a new affiliate partnership with CHW Wealth, giving members access to discounted wealth management services.
As part of the agreement, all LBF members are entitled to a free initial consultation with a qualified adviser from CHW Wealth, with a further £150 discount applied to the initial advice fee for those who proceed.
Gary Beesley, director and financial adviser at CHW Wealth, said: “We’re delighted to be working alongside the Leasing Broker Federation to provide added value to its members.
“At CHW Wealth, we’re committed to helping people make informed financial decisions with clear advice, transparent costs, and a personal approach.”
Fowler added: “CHW Wealth’s offer gives members access to credible, independent financial advice, and it’s a welcome addition to the value we’re building for brokers across the network.”
The affiliate programme will continue to expand in the months ahead, with further partnerships expected in areas such as technology, compliance and business support.
